Want your corporate function to be the toast of the town? Whether you are planning a staff party, a product launch, or a business launch, we’ve got you covered. You have a choice of  bar styles ranging from slick LED light bars in the colour of your choice to vintage styled wooden bars. You also have the option of customising a bar by adding your logos, phrases or photos.

Dry Hire:

 

This refers to the use of our corporate branded bars with you providing your own drinks and staff.

 

Staff Only:

 

Our friendly staff are fully trained, have great smiles and are looking forward to working at your corporate event. We have a minimum shift time of four hours per member of staff this includes:

 

Waiting and event staff

Bar staff

Cocktail bar staff

Flair cocktail staff

Staff supervisors

Security personnel

Event managers

Full-Service Hire:

 

This includes the use of our branded bar, trained staff, and the choice of one of three payment options:

 

Cash Bar: The guest pay for the drinks from the bespoke menu of your choice

Open Bar: You cover the cost of drinks ordered off a menu of your choosing

Ticket Bar: Selected guests will receive redeemable vouchers to the value of your choosing and all additional drinks will be paid for by the guests themselves.

Wedding Options

 

Weddings are about celebrating one of the happiest days of your life with the most important people in your life. You want fun, laughter, and great memories and nothing says celebration quite like a mobile bar. Let’s face it, no awesome party story has ever started at the water cooler.

The Platinum Package at £35 per guest, with each guest receiving:

 

- A  personalised cocktail on arrival - chosen to match either the bridal party’s personalities or the theme of the event.

- The equivalent of half a bottle of wine per guest off the platinum wine list.

- A glass of bubbly for the toast.

 

In addition:

- You have a choice of bar styles ranging from slick LED light bars in the color of your choice to wooden, vintage styled bars. You also have the option of customising a bar by adding your photos.

 

- The wedding party receives a cooler box with selected drinks to take along for the photo session.

- Bar and staff are included in the overall price, provided you have a minimum of 100 guests (if your party is smaller please call to arrange a quote)

- You can opt to have a bar tab to the value of your choice added or the guest can pay for any extra drinks.

- You pay half price on the first self-service beer keg you order

Gold Package at £30 per guest, with each guest receiving:

We will create the ideal atmosphere with our slick LED light bars or perhaps a vintage styled wooden bar. When you throw in a dash of mixology and a pinch of fiery cocktails, your private function is sure to be the talk of the town.

We boast that we can take the bar where you are, but what happens when you are not too sure WHERE that is.

 

Don’t fret, we can help. With our FREE venue finding service, you will have one less thing to worry about.

 

Why spend your valuable time phoning and driving around to find the perfect place to party when we can do the hard work for you? We have been in this industry almost as long as there has been mint in juleps so can barter deals, track down specials and basically save you the trouble.

 

Whether you are looking for somewhere intimate to celebrate your birthday, some place fancy to impress your high school friends at a class reunion or want the perfect venue to start your marriage off right, we probably “Know a Guy” (or a Girl).

 

We realise that you do not want to give over the reigns completely so will offer you options. We will look at your style, your budget, and your location, and track down the best-suited venues, but the final say is still yours.

 

Planning a successful event doesn’t have to be stressful, just fill in our quick and easy questionnaire and we will use our fancy schmancy algorithms, our networking skills and our love of a good party to find you a place that simple, WORKS.

 

We strive for the WOW factor so you will not be disappointed.

 

The service is complimentary with any bar booking for a minimum of 80 people for five hours provided we are the only ones dishing out drinks. Please note we need to start looking at least three weeks before your event, because the best places get booked up fast.
